Shipping policy

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as it comes in. We ship Monday-Saturday and your order will be packaged and ship out within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

If we are not able to fulfill your order immediately, there will be a shop announcement telling you why (generally because we will be out of town) and will have the date when we will ship out all orders placed during that time.

If we are unable to fulfill your order within 48 hours for unexpected reasons, we will reach out to you as soon as we know there is a problem. This includes weather related emergencies, or family emergencies.
